Our layer hens follow in the grazing rotation behind the other animals in order to to clean up the bugs and weed seeds in the pastures and to add to the fertility of the land.

Eggs are generally only available for sale to CSA members, except when we have a surplus, at which time there will be a separate box of eggs marked for sale to non-members.
